smartEducation™ (SMART – Stress Management and Resiliency Techniques) is an evidence-based, secular program designed to address the needs of educators and school administrators. SMART Integrates the teachings, practices and research from:

  • Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction
  • Mindful Self-Compassion
  • Mindfulness-Based Emotional Balance
  • Mindful Movement
  • Kindness and Compassion training

Dates: Weekly, Wednesdays, February 11 - April 15, 2026 | 12 - 2 pm ET | no class March 15, 2026
March 11, 2026 - 4-hour guided retreat | 12 - 4 pm ET

Certification

Successful participants receive:

- SMART Certificate of Completion
