Mindfulness for Migraine 4-week Course
Living With Migraine Can Feel Isolating
Migraine is more than a headache. It can affect your nervous system, your energy, your work, your relationships, and your sense of stability.
Whilst mindfulness is not a cure for migraine, research shows that it can support:
- Reduced stress reactivity
- Improved pain coping
- Greater nervous system regulation
- Increased sense of agency and resilience
This course is designed specifically for people living with migraine and recurrent headache conditions.
What You’ll Learn
Over 8 weeks, you’ll develop practical mindfulness skills adapted for sensitive nervous systems.
Each session includes:
- Guided mindfulness practices (gentle and adaptable)
- Education on stress, the brain, and the pain cycle
- Nervous system regulation tools
- Skills for responding to early warning signs
- Group reflection and discussion
- Home practices to integrate into daily life
All practices are optional and modifiable. You are always encouraged to work at your own pace.
