How Does a Guided Retreat Work?
A retreat provides an opportunity and a caring space for undertaking guided meditation, like an immersion course in a language. Meditation retreats offer practical instruction for mindfulness meditation in a shared community setting. Participants can reflect in practice and share their experiences connecting with others in the group.
Since ancient times, all wise cultures have known the value of retreat. Time in retreat allows us to step out of life’s complexity, to listen deeply to our bodies, hearts, and minds. It is an opportunity to be with yourself, within a group setting, allowing awareness to expand, the body to quiet, the mind to clear, and an opening for insight to develop. Self-knowledge and understanding can grow as we see that we can live each moment with attention, clarity, and kindness.
Springtime Realignment: A Holistically Guided Multi-Sensory Experience

As the seasons shift, we’re invited to do the same.
Springtime Realignment is a 2-hour, online retreat designed to help you to pause, reset, and gently realign as you move from winter into spring. This special, one-off gathering brings together a diverse group of skilled facilitators offering complementary practices to support clarity, energy, and renewal of the mind, body, and heart.
Through guided mindfulness, movement, reflection, and experiential practices, you’ll have space to:
- Release what no longer serves you
- Reconnect with what matters most
- Restore your nervous system and energy
- Set intentions for the season ahead.
The retreat is ideal for anyone feeling stretched, tired, or ready for a fresh start.

Reflect & Connect – Monthly Guided In-Person Retreat
Take time for yourself, in community. Our 4-hour retreat will focus on a theme and include guided movement, breath, and reflection practices, with time for connection and sharing.

In the spirit of generosity, spaces are available to those who genuinely cannot afford the full cost of the retreat.

Our guided mindfulness meditation retreats offer a continuous flow of guided reflective and movement practices.
Please remember to bring:
- A mindful lunch
- A water bottle
- A cup/mug for a warm drink
- A yoga mat (some will be provided if you don’t have one)
- Meditation cushions (there are some on-site)
- A blanket in case you get cool (some are provided if needed)
- Any snacks you may need
- Warm socks
- A journal and a pen
Please Note:
- Minimum number of attendees 10, maximum 12 due to space constraints, so please register early!
- Doors close at 10:15am sharp. Please aim to arrive early so that you can set yourself up without disrupting the group.
