TAICHI FOR HEALING & SELF DEFENCE LEVEL 1

Taichi is rooted in martial arts, self-defence applications and body posture. Over the years, the original Chen family style of Taichi evolved into a more healing style known as Yang. “TAICHI 10” is a short sequence that includes 10 unique Yang style movements. It only takes 3-4 mins from start to finish, uses limited space and is suitable for all age groups and fitness levels.

In this series, you will learn the entire form, discover the HEALING BENEFITS of each movement and SELF DEFENCE applications.

Improve your balance and co-ordination, calm the mind and reduce stress, boost self confidence, and improve overall wellness. Suitable for all Taichi and fitness levels.

  • Doors close at 10:15am sharp. Please aim to arrive early so you can set yourself up without disrupting the group.
