Mindfulness Mentors and Facilitators

Below is a list of individuals and organizations that you can bring into your classroom. They will either visit your classroom physically, or join via video calling. They will come in, teach a lesson and introduce mindfulness into your classroom. If there is funding, this can be an easy, low stress means to introduce mindfulness to your classroom. The vast majority of these programs exist within the Greater Toronto and Greater Vancouver area. For teachers beyond these areas, you will likely be forced to use call in mentors for this style of delivery.
