SMART Everyday Intensive is a 5-day, 20-hour, evidence-based program designed to help you better manage stress and to cultivate emotional balance. It includes practices to help you reconnect to your own inner strength and capacity for resilience.
SMART Integrates the teachings, practices and research from:
- Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction
- Mindful Self-Compassion
- Mindfulness-Based Emotional Balance,
- Mindful Movement
- Kindness, Gratitude and Compassion

Fee: $650 | Early Bird Discount $625 (register before July 31, 2024)
Includes Participant's Workbook and access to online learning platform for course material.
