Mindfulness Everyday Resource List for Parents, Educators & Helping Professionals

This curated list of resources is the result of over a decade of providing mindfulness programs in educational and community settings. It reflects the content of our own personal library and offers a diversity of approaches – there is no one size fits all in mindfulness. We encourage those on the journey to investigate for themselves what resonates, and what resoruces they can use with confidence and authenticity. ~ Heidi Bornstein and Stephen Chadwick, founders, Mindfuness Everyday.

The Sitting Still App

Mindfulness for teens and anyone interested in mindfulness

Available in English, Dutch and French. https://www.elinesnel.com/en/sitting-still-app/

Troubled by stress? Difficulty focusing for an exam? Could do with a bit more self-confidence?
The Sitting Still app is a pleasant and accessible tool for winding down your overloaded mind. Connecting with your body. And… trusting your own qualities.
A unstressed mind learns and treats itself better, doesn’t worry about the future or the past as much and sleeps better. It’s good to allow yourself a daily moment to catch your breath, away from the hectic society you live in. And answering the questions after each meditation will help you gain an improved understanding of your own meditation process!

Stop Breathe, and Think Kids
